This 60 minute practice uses our foundational Power Yoga as it's base and adds the element of music to enhance your practice. This practice brings the element of fun and play to your mat.

YOGA FOR RECOVERY

Whether you are currently in recovery from addiction, or if you know someone who is currently in recovery, this 60-minute practice is perfect for you. FIIT & FLOW

FIT & Flow is created to strengthen and challenge students both physically and spiritually. This practice combines dynamic strength-based movement informed by The Baptiste Yoga Methodology that is accessible to everyone. You can expect a combination of cardiovascular work, breathwork, music, power vinyasa yoga, and movement to increase strength.

COMMUNITY CLASS

This weekend practice is centered around celebrating the foundation of The Leadership Studio: YOU! Join us each Saturday at 10am to practice, meet new people from your community, and celebrate the amazing individuals that make Atlantic City great.

BASICS OF POWER YOGA

This class is created for both beginners and seasoned yogis alike. The interactive, 60-minute practice will break down the Journey into Power sequence and deepen understanding of the transformational tools of Power Yoga, and leave you feeling powerful on and off your yoga mat.

Why yoga?

Yoga is an invitation, one that's open to everybody. An invitation to learn. To push. To grow. It's a journey tounderstand, inside and out, not only what you can become, but also how amazing you already are. It simply helps you get out of your way and fuels your ability to make contribution that only you can make in this world.

We believe that a regular yoga practice has the ability to help strengthen and heal the mind, body, and hearts of not only individuals, but the community as a whole. That's why we're here. And that's what we do.

All of our yoga teaching staff is trauma and nervous system informed to ensure that every person has a safe and healthful experience in our studios and in our classes. All classes are adaptable and your yoga teacher will work with you to create class, regardless of your experience or abilities.
