Yoga is an invitation, one that's open to everybody. An invitation to learn. To push. To grow. It's a journey to understand, inside and out, not only what you can become, but also how amazing you already are. It simply helps you get out of your way and fuels your ability to make contribution that only you can make in this world.
We believe that a regular yoga practice has the ability to help strengthen and heal the mind, body, and hearts of not only individuals, but the community as a whole. That's why we're here. And that's what we do.
All of our yoga teaching staff is trauma and nervous system informed to ensure that every person has a safe and healthful experience in our studios and in our classes. All classes are adaptable and your yoga teacher will work with you to create class, regardless of your experience or abilities. Please share with them any concerns that you may have prior to the start of class so that they may accommodate to the best of our abilities. We believe in the power of an inclusive practice.
